2. Decide
Pick your plan and your price! Subscribe month-to-month, or prepay for 3 or 6 months to get a discount.
3. Sign Up
Order by the 15th to get the next month's shipment. If you order after cutoff, you can email us to see if we have any more boxes left for the upcoming month!
4. Dance Break
Your Destiny Fulfilled box ships the first week of the month! Do a little dance and share some pics on social media. Be Sure to tag us and use #destinyfulfilledbox

SHIPPING:

Why does it take so long for you to ship my box?


We are a subscription service that ships once a month during the first week of the month. If you subscribe early in the month before the cut-off date on the 15th, it may seem like you're waiting a long time. However, that is the way our service works. We ship all monthly subscription boxes during the firs week of the month.
*By subscribing between October 16 – November 15 your subscription will start with the December Box. The December Box ships between December 1-7. Subscription orders placed after November 15th will receive the January Box as the first box.

BILLING:

When will I be billed for my monthly and bimonthly subscription?
Your credit card will be charged on the day you purchase your subscription and for each subsequent month you keep your recurring subscription active on the 15th day.  For example, if you purchased your monthly subscription on November 7, you will be charged each subsequent month on the 15th unless you cancel.

 

When will I be billed for my 3-month and 6-month subscription?
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the subscription when you place your order. Each month you will receive notification when your box will ship until the last month of your subscription. When your subscription expires it will be automatically renewed on the 15th of the month.

 

When do boxes ship?

Boxes will ship during the first week of the month and you will receive an email confirming that your Destiny Fulfilled Box is on the way!

When will I receive my box?

You will receive your box during the first week of the month.

How do I get my product featured in your box?

We’re always looking for new products! If you want to work with us, please feel free to reach out through email customerservice@aodbeauty.com or contact us on social media @aodbeautyco.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription?


A monthly recurring subscription can be cancelled at anytime, but the first month cannot be cancelled and is not refundable. If you wish to cancel after the first month, you must do so by the 10th in order to avoid having your credit card charged. If you have any questions about skipping a month during your 3 or 6 month renewal, you can email us at customerservice@aodbeauty.com

 

Can I cancel my 3-month and 6-month?
No, these subscriptions are paid in advance and cannot be cancelled.

 

How do I renew my subscription after cancelling?
You must place a new order.

 

Why was my subscription deactivated?
If we are not able to charge your credit card, your subscription will be deactivated.

 

Do you have gift subscriptions?
Yes, you can gift any subscription.

 

I NEED TO UPDATE MY SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS.

Go into your account and update your shipping or billing address and send an email to customerservice@aodbeauty.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month to ensure that your box goes to the correct address.

I CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLINE VIA MY ACCOUNT BUT MY BOX STILL SHIPPED TO MY PRIOR ADDRESS.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace that box without it being returned or an additional payment made. Please update your address within your account, you must send an email to customerservice@aodbeauty.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated in our system. 

MY PAYMENT INFORMATION HAS CHANGED, HOW DO I UPDATE IT?
